Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


You may return an item to us within 7 days after receiving the order by filling out the Return Form below. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. These items also need to be placed securely in its original packaging. Returning your items to us is at your own expense. We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you (excluding shipping fees) or provide you with a store credit. 

Refunds or Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, we will then provide you with a store credit or an exchange. Should you choose to exchange the product, the shipping fees to your location will be charged. Please note, only faulty items will be considered for a refund. 


Custom made, personalized and sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit due, but is not limited to, change of mind reasons, incorrect sizing, etc. Unless deemed faulty.

Defective or damaged products

In the event you receive any defective or incorrect products due to our error, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the products for any replacement or refund to be considered. We may ask for videos/photos prior the order to be sent back to us for our inspection. Products found to be defective due to our error would be exchanged (excluding shipping fees) or refund. Products determined to have been damaged as a result of customer misuse or excessive treatment will NOT be exchanged or refunded.
