Other made to order products will be delivered within 3-7 business days. It also depends on the day the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekends will typically go out on Monday the following week.

Damaged or Lost Package
Sometimes, shipments do not go as planned. We hate that it happens, and wish that it did not. Sadly the reality of shipping goods is that some shipments will be delayed, get lost, or become damaged in transit. Fourpawstory, however, is not liable for products damage or lost during shipping. Especially if the item is sent without tracking. For the ones with tracking, we, instead, offer assistance in submitting complaints to the courier services. Please send us an email at [email protected]. The email has to be sent no later than 24 hours after you have received your shipment. We will carry out the process on your behalf and update the progress of the claim procedure via email.
